Driving Studs are required to be of high strength to withstand repeated use with power hammers. Driving Studs are made from high tensile steel with a socket-head cap screw.

The Superlec ST200 5/8" Driving Stud is to be used in conjunction with the RB205 5/8" Threaded Earth Rod, the driving stud enables the installer to put the earth rod into the ground. The ST200 should be used with the CG270 to connect to the RB205 earth rod.

Made by molecularly bonding 99.9% pure electrolytic copper onto a low carbon steel core. Highly resistant to corrosion, and because the steel used has a very high tensile strength, they can be driven by power hammers to great depths.
